I knew I was destined to work in the healing world since I was very young. I was initially unsure how this would manifest in my life but have quickly developed an affinity for co-creating personalized holistic treatment plans and helping others implement them into their daily lives

I feel passionate about sharing new information I am gathering from research as well as what has helped me and others I know in hopes it may resonate with someone else. Some practices I utilize now are yoga, somatic therapy, mindfulness, meditation,  breath work, Ayurveda, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, routine building, aligned action, inner child work, shadow work, journaling, and connecting with nature.
